A little while ago we were asked by the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales to design a bi-lingual leaflet so that people could record and track their sightings of the rare and genetically unique Welsh Red squirrels. Now they’re also looking for sightings of Grey squirrels in the Tywi forest. You can read the latest news about the project here and if you live in the Mid Wales area you can report your sightings via their website www.wwbic.org.uk/redsquirrelproject
If you do see a Red Squirrel in the area you can always use our original leaflet to report it by post. You can download it here.
